Mary, Mother of Our Savior Parish in Utica & New Hartford, NY is seeking a dynamic, faith-filled Catholic leader to serve as Director of Evangelization & Catechesis and help lead our parish in forming missionary disciples.

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future culture of a growing and mission-focused parish community committed to evangelization, family discipleship, and parish renewal.

Position Highlights:

• Lead parish-wide evangelization initiatives and outreach
• Oversee faith formation for children, youth, and adults
• Strengthen and expand family-centered catechesis
• Collaborate across parish ministries to promote a unified vision of discipleship and renewal
• Help shape the long-term missionary vision and culture of the parish

A relational and mission-driven Catholic leader who can translate vision into action, build strong faith-filled teams, and help move the parish forward in a spirit of joyful evangelization.

Position Details

• Full-Time Leadership Position (35 hrs/week with benefits eligibility)
• Competitive compensation: $24–$32/hour based on experience and qualifications
• Evenings and occasional weekends required
