Ordination Season Is Here — A Time of Great Joy!

Our parish is celebrating an extraordinary moment this May as two of our own step forward for ordination a powerful sign of hope for our community and the Church in the Greater Utica Area.

Transitional Diaconate Ordination – Next Weekend

• We joyfully celebrate Jonathon Hoole, who will be ordained to the Transitional Diaconate on:
  Saturday, May 16 at 10:00am at St. Mary of the Assumption Church
  All are welcome to attend!
• Jonathon will preach his first Mass as a deacon at:
  Sunday, May 17 at 10:30am (Lourdes Campus, Utica) followed by a Donut Sunday & Receiving Line.
  Come celebrate and support one of our own!

Priesthood Ordination – Cornelius Deep

• We also celebrate Rev. Mr. Cornelius Peter Deep, who will be ordained to the priesthood on:
  Saturday, May 30 at 10:00am at Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception
• Coach Bus to the Ordination:
  The Men’s Club is sponsoring a bus so parishioners can attend together. RSVP by Tuesday, May 26 at the parish office
  $30 per person (to offset cost)

These ordinations are not only personal milestones they are a grace for our parish and a sign of God’s work among us. Let us come together in prayer and joyful support!
