Summer Camp
Registration Process
All children ages 4-13 are eligible. Once capacity has been reached in accordance with NYS guidelines, a waitlist will be established. No new registrations after the first week.
A completed online registration form, once received by Mrs. Farley, will secure your child a place in the program. Once accepted into the program, continued participation depends on cooperative behavior and timely payment.
Registration closes June 6th. A three-day minimum enrollment is encouraged to support a consistent and engaging experience for all participants.
We understand that family schedules can vary, so some flexibility is available as needed.
Staffing
Staff Director: Janis Farley
Staffing as required by NYS Health Dept Camp Standards. Most staff are early childhood educators or young adults pursuing an education degree.
CPR and First Aid training along with Syracuse Diocese VIRTUS training is required.

Fees
A non-refundable $30.00 per child registration fee must accompany the registration form.
Daily:
$57.00 per childWeekly:
$245 for one child.
$465 for two children.
$620 for 3 children.Payments are to be made in full at the beginning of the week.
Full time is 5 days of attendance. All inclusive, no extra money needed. Our program is a full day, no drop ins/half days. No fee reduction for early pickup.
$10 fee per child for early drop off, before 8:00AM and late pickup, after 4:00PM.
