From The Desk of the Pastor

We have been hearing a lot about St. John the Baptist in our Sunday readings during the Advent season. He is one who is crying out in the desert, “Prepare the way of the Lord, make straight his paths.” As believers, we prepare the way for the Lord primarily by how we live, and not so much by what we say. An authentically lived Christian witness is the most powerful way someone can have an encounter with the Lord.
