Child and Family Catechesis

For Families with Children in grades K-6th, including families wishing to have their child receive that sacrament of 1st Holy Communion (usually 2nd grade)

Faith Formation Classes are held every school year with Registrations happening every SEPTEMBER.

"Child Church" is available at most 10:30 AM Masses on Sundays at Our Lady of Lourdes.

Fill out the form, make your payment, and submit

For students who will be making their First Communion, take a photo of your child’s Baptismal certificate and mail it to mmoosfaithformation@syrdio.org. If your child was baptized at Mary, Mother of our Savior or Our Lady of the Rosary, you DO NOT need to send their Baptismal certificate.
