Teen Formation
For teens in grades 7-12, including teens wishing to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation (usually 10th grade).
Faith Formation Classes are held every school year with Registrations happening every SEPTEMBER.
Our program for grades 7 and 8 takes place on Monday evenings from 6:30 - 8 p.m. in the Seton Center at Lourdes. Click on the calendar for dates.
Our Faith Formation program for Grades 9 and 10 remains part of the Greater Utica collaboration to provide your family with more flexibility. There will be more class choices, dates, times and locations. You will first need to make sure your child is registered at his/her home parish (see instructions on the right side of the screen). Once registered you will be notified of a parent meeting at which time the entire program will be explained to you. At the parent meeting, you and your teen will complete a personalized schedule of block sessions.

- Fill out the form, make your payment, and submit the form.
- 3. For students who will be making their Confirmation,, take a photo of your child’s Baptismal certificate and email it to mmoosfaithformation@syrdio.org. If your child was baptized at Mary, Mother of our Savior or Our Lady of the Rosary, you DO NOT need to email his/her Baptismal certificate.

Youth Ministry
Any teens wishing to dive deeper into their faith and create authentic relationships with other teens from the Greater Utica Area are invited to join us for our Youth Ministry Nights that happen Monday Nights in the DePaul room at the Seton Center on the Lourdes Campus 6:30-8:00. Dinner included!!
This is a great group to be a part of and is a great way to make sure teens do not miss out on any trips or service opportunities made available to local Catholic teens.
